One of the few rental properties on Sunset Cove, a favorite on Lake Lure, NC for it's panoramic views of the mountains. The cove allows for protected swimming while being moments away from the main channel. The main room has 2 stories of floor to ceiling windows and a large deck. The house can sleep up to 12 and a rental includes a pontoon boat. The main floor has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom for those who want to limit climbing stairs. The upstairs has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a private half bath. Connected to the bedroom is a loft that has a trundle bed (two twin beds). Downstairs is a huge master suite or kids room, it has a king bed and two trundles (four twin beds). It also has a full bath and a TV and DVD/VCR. The downstairs room also has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with a beautiful view and a covered deck. We have a 20 foot pontoon boat included with the rental of the house! The boat comfortably seats 8-10 allowing the whole family to enjoy. (1 tank of gas is also included in the rental). Mountain Lake Realty does not handle this rental.
